Campaign- Online test with aim to educate the audience about gel polish ingredients and raffle gifts to participants

Participant- Any person that has answered to all 8 questions of the test and submitted their contact information to participate in the gift card raffle

Gift- Kinetics gift card for 200 EUR. Amount of gift cards - 5.

Winner- A person that has participated in the gift raffle and has been chosen by randomness principle as a winner.

Organiser- Organiser is "Kinetics Nail Systems" SIA

1.1. Campaign will be held from 29.11.2021 till 19.12.2021.

1.2. Campaign territory is Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Bulgaria, Germany and Russia.

2.1. At the end of campaign 5 winners will be chosen.

2.2. Participants can participate in the test unlimited number of times but one Participant can win only one gift.

3.1. To become a participant and qualify for gift raffle, following actions has to be done:

3.1.2. Answer to 8 test questions. It does not matter if the answers are correct or incorrect to qualify for gift raffle.

3.1.3. Fill in contact information - name, e-mail and country, check the box "I accept terms and conditions" and click "Submit"

3.1.4. Participation in the tests is free.

4.1. Gift card raffle will take place in 22.12.2021 

4.2. Winners will be chosen by the principle of randomness

4.3. Each winner will be personally contacted via e-mail and informed about details of receiving the gift card. Winners will be contacted no later than 5 working days after the raffle date.

5.1. By submitting contact information, participant approves that has read Terms&Conditions and accepts them.

5.2. Organiser will collect participant data (mentioned in 3.1.3. clause) and use only for choosing the winners of the game and manage the gift card issuance to the winners. Gift card will be provided by official Kinetics distributors in Germany, Spain, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria and Russia.

5.3. When all gift cards have been issued Organizer will close Campaign and within 7 days will delete all collected data during the Campaign. Organizer don’t delete data, if Participant chose to subscribe to Kinetics mailing list.

5.4. If participant will check the box "Subscribe to Kinetics mailing list”, he/she will be included in mailing lists based on filled contact information and in the future can receive information about Kinetics products and special offers.

5.5. Organiser has the rights to change the rules of the campaign, including the gift raffle date etc., by publishing the information about the changes in the campaign web page, Terms&Conditions section.

5.6. To unsubscribe from mailing list please contact relevant controller or click on unsubscribe hipersite on each email which you recieved from us.
